To use Google Meet on a screen other than your computer or mobile device screen, cast your meetings to your Chromecast, Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer (4K), a TV that Works with Google Cast or Nest smart display.
You can still use the camera, microphone and audio from your computer.
What you need

A TV connected to a Google streaming device (Chromecast 2nd gen or up), a Nest smart display or a TV that Works with Google Cast
- A computer with a Wi-Fi connection

Start casting
You can start casting before you join a meeting or at any time during a meeting.
Before you join
- Open your meeting using Google Calendar or the Meet app.
- Select Cast this meeting.
- On the Cast tab, select the Cast-enabled device that you want to use.
During a meeting
- From the bottom, select the 3-dot menu Cast this meeting.
- In the Cast tab, select the Google Cast-enabled device that you want to use.
Stop casting
- At the bottom, select the 3-dot menu .
- Select Stop casting meeting.
