You can use the Google Meet Series One Desk 27 and Board 65 to join a meeting with a meeting code or start a meeting and invite guests by email or phone. If you have a Google Workspace account, you can schedule a meeting using Google Calendar.
Join a scheduled meeting
On the touchscreen:
- Tap the meeting name.
- Tap Join a call and enter the meeting code.
Tip: The code is at the end of the meeting link, such as abc-defg-hjk.
Start an instant meeting
- Tap Start a call.
- Share the meeting link or phone number.
- Tap Add people to invite people by email or phone.
Schedule a meeting
To create a scheduled meeting for your Desk 27 or Board 65 device, you create the meeting in Google Calendar.
- On a computer, sign in using your Google Workspace account and open Calendar.
- In Calendar, click CreateEvent.
- Add a title and select a date and time.
- Click Add guests and enter the guests' email address.
- Click Add rooms or location and select the device name or use the search box to find it.
- Click Save.
