Upcoming changes to availability enforcement

Consistent and accurate availability is an important part of a positive customer experience. In an effort to ensure high-quality customer experience, we’re realigning our existing policies related to availability and delivery.

Beginning September 1, we will be replacing the “Delivery issues” policy violation with a new product data violation: “Inaccurate availability (due to inconsistent availability between the landing page and checkout pages on your website)”.

This update aims to simplify our existing policy and help enforce it in a more transparent manner. Learn more about some common reasons for inaccurate availability due to inconsistent availability between the landing page and checkout pages on your website
