This article explains various reasons why the store-specific product pages with in-store availability and price feature was rejected by Google, and what steps can be taken to resolve the issues. Once you’ve updated your website according to the requirements, you must resubmit your example product landing page for review.

Your sample product page must lead to a store-specific landing page based on the Google Business Profile store code passed via the {store_code} ValueTrack parameter

Store-specific product pages with in-store availability and price require that local inventory ad clicks redirect to a landing page which displays a product’s store-specific price and store-specific availability based on a Business Profile store code. This is done by replacing the store code [store_code] ValueTrack parameter from the link template [link_template] with a Google Business Profile store code when a product is clicked. Follow the steps below:
Example: store_code as URL parameter
item ID [id] title [title] link template [link_template]
123 Two-person camping tent – Adventure series http://mikemart.com/123?store={store_code}

item ID [id] price [price] quantity[quantity] store code [store_code]
123 249.99 GBP 5 101

The resulting landing page for item 123 at store code 101 is http://mikemart.com/123?store=101

Step 1 of 2: Ensure that your example product landing page URL included a store-specific landing page

Step 1 In your Merchant Center account, click the Settings & tools icon Tools and setting menu icon [Gear], then select Add-ons.
Step 2 Select Active.
Step 3 In the “Local inventory ads” card, click Show me.
Step 4 Click Show me next to the country you want to set it up.
Step 5 Scroll down to “Product page experience”.
Step 5 Under store-specific product pages with in-store availability and price, make sure that the URL provided has a valid store code that is leading to a working store-specific landing page. Using the example URL above, the provided URL for review would be http://mikemart.com/123?store=101.

Step 2 of 2: Confirm that your example product landing page URL directs you to a store-specific landing page

Your landing pages shouldn’t return a 404 error. If you receive a 404 error, you’ll need to work with your web developer team to determine if your website can support store-specific information based on a Google Business Profile store code.

Your sample product page must provide users the option to check a product’s price and availability at different store locations

Your product landing pages don’t provide users the option to check a product’s price and availability at various store locations. Add a store selector to your website so users can view the availability and price of the product in a different store.

Your sample product landing page must display store-specific price for your product

Your example product landing page doesn’t contain a store-specific price for your product. If you only display one price, make sure your in-store and online prices match.

Your sample product landing page must display store-specific availability for your product

Your example product landing page doesn’t contain store-specific availability for your product. Online purchase availability is not equivalent to store-level availability. You must display your store's local availability as prominently as the option to buy online.

Resubmit your example product landing page

Step 1 In your Merchant Center account, click the Settings & tools icon Tools and setting menu icon [Gear], then select Add-ons.
Step 2 Select Active and click Show me under local inventory ads.
Step 3 Click Show me next to the country you wish to resubmit the landing page.
Step 4 Scroll down to “Product page experience”.
Step 5 Under the store-specific product pages with in-store availability and price option update the product URL that shows the store specific landing page.
