Google hasn't yet reviewed your account regarding your participation in vehicle ads for your landing page.
How to fix your issue
Complete the following requirements to ensure that your account is ready for review:
Go to Business Info in Merchant Center, then click Edit business details.
Fill in your business address and phone number in the “Business address” and “Customer service” section, respectively.
Verify your vehicle ads' feeds.
Ensure that your products don't have the "missing inventory data" disapproval and that they aren't missing a valid shop code. Learn more about missing valid shop code disapprovals.
Wait for Google to review your account.
