Today on the Keyword, we introduced the new Google Shopping, which starts rolling out today in the US. This new experience will make it easier for shoppers to find the products they're looking for and create new opportunities for merchants to connect with shoppers and grow their business.
A few key updates for merchants to be aware of:
- An enhanced shopping experience: The new visually rich, intuitive, and personalized experience elevates larger product images, popular categories, and a clean, modern feel - creating a new home for shoppers to browse, get inspired, research and find merchants on Google.
- Always-on deals: Last holiday, we introduced a home for deals to offer shoppers a single place to browse great prices from across the web. Now, we'll help shoppers find the best deals from retailers of all sizes, year round, in our new deals page on Google Shopping.
- Results researched with AI in new ways: We're giving shoppers new product recommendations, useful information about product categories, and making it easier for them to discover products they'll love - with help from generative AI.
