Eligible stores are those that are eligible to display ads and free listings that show their local products. If you’re already providing inventory data for these stores, you can start showing local ads and listings by following the other requirements listed below.

How it works

A store can display ads and free listings that show their local products if it meets the following requirements:

  • Your local products inventory feed contains inventory data for this store
  • Your primary feed contains product information for the products in inventory
  • The store code matches a published Business Profile that is part of the business group linked in your Merchant Center account.

How to make more stores eligible

There are several ways to increase your number of eligible stores. Start by following the store data requirements below:

  • All your stores with inventory data have a published Business Profile
  • Published Business Profiles have inventory data

Product and inventory guidelines

Your product and inventory data influences the number of eligible stores in your account. Make sure you’re following the product and inventory guidelines below:

  • Each of your stores has at least one item in the local products inventory feed that is not marked Out of stock.
  • At least one of your inventory items for each store should correspond with a product defined in your local products feed.
  • At least one of your inventory items for each store follows Shopping ads policies.
  • At least one of your inventory items for each store meets local product feed and local product inventory feed data requirements.
