Use suggested actions in Google Messages

Google Messages saves time and automatically gives you suggestions so that you can:

• Create and send calendar invites in your default calendar app.
• Attach recent photos.
• Start a video call with Google Meet.
• Share your location.
• Search for GIFs.

By default, suggested actions is turned on in Google Messages, unless you turn it off.

1. Open Google Messages .
2. At the top right, tap More options Suggestions in chat.
3. Turn off Suggested actions.
