Upload fonts

You can upload fonts as either .ttf or .otf files. The uploaded font file size can be up to 1 MB. If you don’t upload font files, Google products displays default fonts for the products.

Tip: Font families typically contain 4 font styles: Normal, bold, italics, and bold italic.

To upload your fonts:

  1. On your computer, go to Publisher Center.
  2. At the top right, click the Publication menu and then the Publication’s settings .
  3. At the top left, click Visual styles.
  4. Under “Uploaded fonts,“ click Add font family.
  5. Name your font family.
  6. Click Add font.
  7. Under “Font file,” click the Down arrow and then Upload font.
  8. Select the font file you want to upload and click Open.
    • Once you upload, the "Font file" field populates with the name of the file.
  9. Click Save.

Tip: To find your uploads, the “Fonts” section displays a summary of the uploaded font files.

To edit your uploaded fonts:

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Proceed with the changes you want to make.
  3. Click Save.
