If the admin is unavailable, you can add multiple users to Google's Pay & Wallet Console.
- Open Google Pay for Business.
- Click Users
Invite a user.
- Enter the user’s email address you want to add.
- For “Access level,” select Admin.
- Click Invite.
- After the user accepts the invite, they will have access to the console.
