Here are fixes to a few common issues.
Check if a refund was processed
- Sign in to payments.google.com.
- Click your order. If you don’t see it, click View more transactions.
- Under "Status," check if it says Refunded.
Still seeing charge for canceled order
If you see a charge for the order on your bank statement after canceling, this is a pending authorization. It should disappear within a few days.
Check why an order was held, canceled, or declined
If your order was put on hold or canceled and you’re not sure why:
- Sign in to payments.google.com.
- Click your order. If you don’t see it, click View more transactions.
- Next to the order, you should find a reason.
- If it was canceled because of a declined card, update your card information.
- If it wasn’t canceled because of a declined card, contact the seller’s (e.g. Google Play) support team. You can usually find this information in their help center.
