Issues with Plus subscription

Payment failed

The only case where you would not be able to start your Plus subscription is when the payment method is invalid.  For now, paying for Photomath Plus directly to the developer is impossible, therefore it has to go through the app store. Please make sure that you have a valid payment method listed in your app store app. If you made sure the payment method is valid, and you still get an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to [email protected] so that we can check it out.

Change subscription plan

Monthly to Annual

You can switch your subscription from monthly to annual by canceling your current subscription and then re-subscribing for an annual subscription.

Annual to Monthly

We, unfortunately, do not have any way to reduce your annual subscription to a monthly subscription.

You can cancel the subscription on your device, but if you have selected an yearly plan, your subscription lasts a full year and you will continue to have access to our premium content until your subscription ends. 

Photomath Plus does not work on my device

Photomath Plus is an in-app purchase linked to your Apple ID or Google Play Account. If you changed a device and wish to restore access to Plus, please make sure that your new device has the same operating system and uses the same account credentials (Google Play or Apple ID - depending on the OS) that you used upon subscribing to Plus for the first time. If you lost access to Plus for some reason but you did not change a device, you still need to make sure that your account credentials are correct before you restore your subscription. 

Restore your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu button (top left corner)
  2. Tap on Photomath Plus (bottom option)
  3. Select Restore subscription (right under "Try Plus" button)
  4. Follow the instructions from your device

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling Photomath, redownloading the app, and repeating the steps from above. If none of this works and you see an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to [email protected] so that we can check it out.
