Most items that you buy from Google Store are eligible for return. You can return the items within 15 days from the time that you received them. Learn more about the Google Store return policy.
To check your device warranty and learn if you’re eligible for a return, go to the Warranty Helper.
Start your return
- Find the item that you want to return in your Order history.
- Under the order, select View or edit order.
- On the 'Order details' page, go to your order.
- In your order, select Return.
Tips:
- If you're unable to return an item, you've passed the return period for your device or your delivery carrier hasn't been dispatched yet. If it hasn't been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
- If you purchased your product from an approved third-party retailer, contact the retailer to return it.
Prepare to send your return
Important: If you purchase two items that are delivered together, you will need to return each item individually in its own box and with its own return label.
Send your item with a printed delivery label
Step 1: Prepare your delivery label and return slipTo print your delivery label, click Print delivery label Print return slip.
- You'll also get an email with this information.
- To find the delivery label, search your email for the RMA number.
- To print your delivery label, go back to the Order details.
Important: Transfer, back up or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the item.
- Include these items in your package:
- The box that your purchase came in.
- The item or accessory.
- If eligible for a refund: Include other accessories, documentation and anything else that came with the item.
- If eligible for a replacement: Only include the item that you’re exchanging.
- The return slip from your return confirmation email.
- Remove these items from your package:
- SIM card
- Item cases
- Extended batteries
- Accessories that didn’t come with the item
Make sure that the item you'll return is in its original condition. Follow the instructions in the Google Store support email or in your Order history.
- If eligible for a refund: After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 working days.
- If eligible for a replacement: After the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be dispatched.
Tip: You can't reuse a promotional code after an item has been returned.
