We are no longer selling Fitbit products in select countries—but don’t worry! We will continue to sell Fitbit products through select retail partners and support you and the devices you currently own with software releases, security updates, warranty fulfillment, and access to customer service.
The site supporting the following countries is affected: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Slovakia.
Auto-renewals of Fitbit Premium memberships purchased from fitbit.com in the above countries stopped effective October 24, 2023.
If you have an active Fitbit Premium membership, you will continue to have access to Fitbit Premium features until the end of your current billing period plus an extra 30 days at no additional charge. After which, your account will automatically switch to our basic service and you will no longer have access to Premium features.
To keep access to Premium features, you may resubscribe to Premium in the Fitbit mobile app after your current subscription expires.
