Fitbit Ace LTE

Look for a 14 digit manufacture code on the Fitbit Ace LTE where the band loops through the watch.

The manufacture code is also shown as SN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX on the label affixed to the side of the Fitbit Ace LTE packaging.  

If you received a replacement Fitbit Ace LTE, the 14 digit manufacture code is also shown as SN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX below the barcode on the replacement packaging label.  

Identifying the location of manufacture

Use the fifth, sixth and seventh digits of the manufacture code to identify the location of manufacture using this code:

1LT means the Fitbit Ace LTE was manufactured at Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.

Identifying the date of manufacture

Use the first 4 digits to identify the date of manufacture.  

The first digit identifies the year of manufacture using this code: 

3 means 2023

4 means 2024

5 means 2025

6 means 2026

The second digit identifies the month of manufacture using this code: 

1 means January

2 means February

3 means March

4 means April

5 means May

6 means June

7 means July

Ace Bands

For Ace Bands, you can find the 4 digit manufacture code on the band where it attaches to the Fitbit Ace LTE.  

If the 4 digit manufacture code on the Ace Band is ‘FYMD’, that means the Ace Band was manufactured in Guangdong Province, China between February 6, 2024 and 18 March 2024.  

If you purchased an Ace Band separately from your Fitbit Ace LTE, a 15 digit manufacture code is also shown as SN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on the label affixed to the back of the Ace Band packaging.  

USB-C Fast Charging Cables

For USB-C Fast Charging Cables, the manufacture code is the last 4 digits of the number printed on the cable.  

If you purchased a USB-C Fast Charging Cable separately from your Fitbit Ace LTE, the 4 digit manufacture code also appears above the barcode on the label affixed to the back of the packaging.

Protective Bumpers

For Protective Bumpers, the 4 digit manufacture code is the last 4 digits printed on the inside surface of the bumper.  

If you received a replacement Protective Bumper, the 4 digit manufacture code is also shown on the replacement packaging label under the country of manufacture.

T on an Ace Band means the band was manufactured at Guangdong Province, China.

T on a Protective Bumper means the bumper was manufactured at Guangdong Province, China.

I means the accessory was manufactured at Guangdong Province, China.

S means the accessory was manufactured at Guangdong Province, China.

A means the accessory was manufactured at Jiangsu Province, China.

F means the accessory was manufactured at Guangdong Province, China

Identifying the date of manufacture using a 4 digit manufacture code

Use the second, third and fourth digits in a 4 digit manufacture code to identify the date of manufacture.  

If the second, third and fourth digits in a 4 digit manufacture code on an Ace Band is ‘YMD’, that means the Ace Band was manufactured between February 6, 2024 and March 18, 2024.  Otherwise, please use the following information to identify the manufacture date:
