Where Nest acts as a processor of personal data (as described in the Nest Privacy Statement), it engages and uses subprocessors to assist in connection with the applicable Nest Products and Services. Currently, these subprocessors provide hosting, cloud, and infrastructure services and consist of Google LLC and certain of its affiliated companies. Nest is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Google, and uses Google Cloud Platform services offered by Google (as explained in more detail here).
