Find available healthcare appointments
You can find appointment availability when you search for a healthcare provider on Google Search. Healthcare providers can be practitioners or service facilities.
Use the healthcare provider’s page on Google Search to explore appointments options. The appointment schedule is provided by third-party health partners.
Tips:
- To find the earliest available appointment dates, go to the "Overview" tab of a healthcare provider's page.
- To find a list of available appointments sorted by appointment type and earliest date for booking, go to the “Appointments” tab.
- Select “Book” to go to the partner website. There, you can select your specific time slot and complete your booking.
- To view all available appointments for a provider, go to the “More booking options” section at the bottom of the appointment tab, which will take you to the third-party health partner's website.
Data sources and availability
Healthcare appointment availability information is based on regular data updates from booking aggregators. These provide the latest available data from healthcare systems and data from some individual providers. Data freshness is expected to be within 2 hours. Currently, this feature is only available in the US.

What if the appointment type I’m looking for isn’t displayed?Click one of the links below “More booking options” on the bottom of the “Appointments” tab to explore the full list of appointment types offered by the given provider.
If your booking can be modified or canceled:
- Follow the instructions in your confirmation email from the booking partner.
- Call the business. This is recommended if your booking is between 1 to 2 days away.
- You may need to cancel your booking and book again with new information.
Google won’t send you a confirmation email since the appointment is booked in the healthcare provider's booking system. Whether you get a confirmation email will depend on the specific provider's booking platform.
Confirmation emails may be sent by the third-party booking site or directly from the provider. The healthcare provider may also follow up with an appointment reminder. If you don’t receive confirmation from the healthcare provider, please call the provider’s office to confirm.
