Migrate saved views to the new Search Ads 360

To help your transition to the new Search Ads 360, you can migrate all or some of your saved (report) views from the previous Search Ads 360. Like many other migration tasks, saved views are synced from the Experience hub in the new Search Ads 360. 

Here's how:

Sync saved views

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager account
  3. From the page menu, click Experience hub  and view the “Tasks” tab (default display).
  4. Navigate to the “Onboarding checklist” section. 
    All items shown in the “To-Do” tab with the error icon must be resolved to complete the migration process.
  5. Click the Saved view migration card. Review the issues that are preventing the sync from classic Search Ads 360 to the new Search Ads 360.
  6. Select Go to the previous experience to fix sync issues in the classic Search Ads 360.
  7. Return to the Saved view migration card in the new Search Ads 360 “Experience hub” page and click Start Sync
  8. Select one of the following options:
    • Choose Everything to copy all saved views from the previous Search Ads 360. Any views with the same name in the new Search Ads 360 will be replaced.
    • Choose Only new to copy only new saved views from the previous Search Ads 360. Nothing will be replaced.

The task will move to the "Completed” tab after 24hrs.

Limitations

  • Saved views sync one-way, from the previous Search Ads 360 to the new Search Ads 360
  • Some saved views may not sync because of unsupported columns. Update columns in these views and try to sync again.
