Payments users are contacts associated with the Payments profile who can have different access levels to the Payments profile (for example, Admin, read-only, etc.). Some actions linked to your payments profile may require the payments admin.
Payments users can see and edit Billing setups and Payments profile details. To do so, users need permissions and settings to edit in both Search Ads 360 and the Google payments center. Without both, a user can edit Billing setups, but only see Payments profile details.
Payments users can also buy or sign up for paid Google services. Any edits made to a Payments profile will apply across Google products that use the same profile. You can add and remove or change permissions to any Google business profile you manage.

- Edit a profile
- Change payments profile permissions
- Grant or revoke access
- Make purchases
