Download or share a dashboard

Share your dashboards

Dashboards are viewable to anyone with access to your account in the new Search Ads 360, except for people with email-only access. To share reports, the new Search Ads 360 can send a scheduled email that directs users to the Dashboards via a Search Ads 360 URL.

To share your dashboard via email, do the following:

1. Open the dashboard you want to share. Click the schedule icon above your dashboard.
2. Select the frequency and time that you want to share your dashboard.
3. (Optional) Add a note.
4. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your dashboard with.
5. Click Schedule.

Download your dashboards

To download your dashboard, do the following:

1. Open the dashboard you want to download.
2. Click the download icon .
3. Select .csv, Excel .csv, or .pdf.

To download a multi-page dashboard, repeat the above steps for each page.
