Templates-generated campaigns depend on a feed, which you would normally update as your inventory or other relevant feed data changes. To make sure both the feed and campaigns are operating as expected, review the following pages in Google Merchant Center and Search Ads 360 on a regular basis:
- If your feed is set up through Google Merchant Center, review the Diagnostics tab anytime you update your feed. If Google Merchant Center rejects or removes a product, your campaign generated by Templates in Search Ads 360 may remove related ads, ad groups, and keywords.
- In Search Ads 360, Identify and fix template output errors. Search Ads 360 uses Templates to generate and update campaigns, ad groups, and other items based on feed data. Errors in your templates indicate incompatibilities between your feed data and template settings.
- Make sure the relevant Template is active. Search Ads 360 won't make any updates to campaigns if the Template is paused or removed.
- To view campaigns generated by your template, navigate to the Campaigns view and add a filter for Template name.

- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- From the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click the Templates drop-down.
- Click Templates.
- View the status column under the column “Error status”.
Contact support
Contact customer support if all of the above mentioned pages appear alright, but you notice any of the following issues:
- You've updated your feed within the past 24 hours, but the “Evaluation time” column on the Templates shows that Search Ads 360 hasn't loaded the updates yet. A lag of more than 24 hours could indicate a problem with Search Ads 360.
- The “Evaluation time” column shows that Search Ads 360 hasn't evaluated your templates during the last 24 hours.
