Labels, automated rules, custom columns, automated bid strategies, and other campaign management data you create in a Search Ads 360 manager account are available only within Search Ads 360. Data you create in a client account is available both from Search Ads 360 and from the external account if the external account supports shared management of the data.

The new Search Ads 360 currently supports a maximum of 1000 labels at each level.
For example, 1000 labels can be defined at the manager level, and each sub-manager level, which includes those inherited from the manager level.

You sign into the new Search Ads 360, create a label in a manager account, and apply it to a campaign in a Google Ads client account.
The label is only visible to users who sign into the new Search Ads 360.
Labels created in Google Ads
You sign into Google Ads, create a label, and apply it to a campaign.
The label is visible to all users who view the account through Google Ads or through the new Search Ads 360.
Labels created in a client account from Search Ads 360
You sign into the new Search Ads 360, create a label in the Google Ads client account, and apply it to a campaign in a Google Ads client account.
The label is visible to all users who view the account through Google Ads or through the new Search Ads 360.
Labels created in a Google Ads manager account
You sign into a Google Ads manager account, create a label, and apply it to a campaign in a Google Ads client account.
The label is not visible in the new Search Ads 360.
