Remove negative keyword lists from Google Ads campaigns

 This article applies only to Google Ads accounts in the new Search Ads 360.

You can remove a negative keyword list from your Google Ads campaigns at any time.

This article shows you how to remove a negative keyword list from a Google Ads campaign. For more background, you may want to read About negative keyword lists.

Instructions

To remove a negative keyword list from a campaign:

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a Microsoft Advertising client account or a Google Ads client account.
  3. From the page menu on the left, click Keywords.
  4. In the expanded menu, click Negative keywords. You’ll see a list of all your negative keywords and negative keyword lists. Each negative keyword or list shows in the "Added to" column a campaign using that negative keyword or list.
  5. Select the checkbox next to the negative keyword list that you want to remove from the campaign.
  6. Click Edit in the blue bar above the table, then select "Remove" from the dropdown.
