Beginning June 29, 2020, customers who have previously turned on scheduled sync or who choose to turn on scheduled sync will no longer be able to turn off scheduled sync. Likewise, customers who have previously activated the conversion API will no longer be able to deactivate it.
Beginning February 1, 2021, Search Ads 360 will automatically turn on scheduled sync and activate the conversion API for all customers who haven't already turned on scheduled sync or who haven't already activated the conversion API.
You can schedule syncs for active and paused search engine accounts. If an account has been paused and not synced for more than 14 days, you are required to manually sync the paused account before you can schedule a sync of the account.
Note the following about scheduled syncs:
-
The scheduled sync will run daily based on the time you enter, which is based on your browser’s time zone.
-
You can schedule syncs before your first manual sync, but you'll need to manually sync once before the scheduled sync can run.
-
The schedule should take effect immediately. For example, if it’s currently 9:00 AM and you schedule a sync for 9:30 AM, the first scheduled sync will run on that same day.
-
If you set up a sync schedule, you can still manually sync the account at any time.
-
Search Ads 360 will not sync objects with trafficking errors as a part of a scheduled sync. To clear these errors, you can run a manual sync with the Fix all trafficking errors check box selected.
