The Dimensions tab enables you to go beyond the typical hierarchical reporting from engines and choose the way you look at the performance metrics for an advertiser. For example, you can organize metrics by keyword landing page URLs across all engine accounts. Once you've selected a dimension, you can segment the dimensions report to drill down and uncover subtleties in the data that may reveal deeper insights.
Example: View conversions per week from last quarter across all campaigns and ad groups
You can use dimensions to view the total number of Floodlight conversions that occurred last quarter for all campaigns and ad groups in an advertiser. Then you can segment the dimensions view to see how many conversions occurred each week during the last quarter.
