If a reporting table in the UI is taking too long to open, try scoping down to a smaller object level and filtering to selected items.
For example: You navigate to an engine account and click the Keywords tab. It’s taking too long to load, so you can:
-
Click the Campaigns tab.
-
(Optional) Use a filter so that the table contains only active campaigns:
- Click the Filter button, which appears above the performance summary graph.
- From the +Attribute or metric list, select Status.
Search Ads 360 displays checkboxes for each possible status. - Select only the Active checkbox. Remove the checks from the Paused and Removed checkboxes, if they're checked.
- Click Apply filters.
-
Select the check boxes next to the campaigns that contain the keywords you really want to report on.
-
Click Filter to selected campaigns to see only the campaigns you selected.
-
Now, when you click the Keywords tab, it should load much faster because the filter is restricting the keywords to only those within the campaigns you selected.
-
If you want to download the report, that should also now be faster.
