Google Ads conversion tracking can report the number of conversions that started on one device or browser and complete on another, as well as conversions that occur from phone calls, web applications (in-app), and in-store visits. In Google Ads, all of these conversions are combined together in the "All conversions" column. In the new Search Ads 360, you can view the number of "All conversions" reported by Google Ads. In addition, the new Search Ads 360 breaks out the cross-device and cross-environment conversions into a separate reporting column.
Add cross device conversions columns to a report
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- To add the cross device conversions columns at the account level, in the left page menu, click Accounts to expand the section.
- On page menu, click Campaigns, Ad groups, or Product groups to display the required page.
- Click "Columns" .
- Expand the "Conversions" section.
- Click all check boxes labeled "Cross-device”.
- Click Apply.
