Adjust the time range in a reporting table

  1. Navigate to any reporting table.
For example, navigate to a campaign and click the Keywords tab.

Steps for navigating to a campaign
    1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

    2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    3. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    4. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

    5. In the "Account" list, click on the engine account that contains the campaign.
    6. In the "Campaign" list, click on the campaign.

    7. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the campaign page.

  2. Click the time range near the top right of the page.
The time range appears above the row of tabs.

  3. Choose from a group of pre-set ranges or set your own custom time range by choosing Last number of days or Custom. Select the Include today check box to include the current day's data in the reporting table.

  4. Click Apply.

The performance summary graph and table automatically show the data for the selected time range.

Include future dates

By default, the This week, This month, This quarter, or This year time ranges only include days up to the current day. For example, if today is August 20th and you choose This month, by default you'll only see reporting data for August 1st to August 19th.

If you want the report to include days up to the end of the period, even if those days are in the future, select the Include future days checkbox, which appears after you select one of the time ranges described above. Note that when you include future days:

  • If you segment a report by day or longer, you'll see zeros reported for the future days
  • Formula columns that include the to_date()num_days(), or other date functions may be affected.
For example, the formula Clicks / num_days() calculates the average number of clicks over the report's time range. If the report includes future days, the average will be lowered by the extra days during which clicks have not yet occurred.
Note: Search Ads 360 updates the variety of data at different intervals. For example conversion data is updated within minutes, but engine statistics have a maximum reporting delay of three hours. Learn more about data freshness.
