Filter a reporting table

Use filters to sift your data down to just the campaigns, ad groups, ads, or biddable items that you care about. You can filter on performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, or transactions, as well as settings (attributes) like campaign budget or keyword text. You can also use filters as a search tool to find specific information such as keyword text, bids, or clickthrough rates.

  1. Navigate to any reporting table.
For example, navigate to a campaign and click the Keywords tab.

Steps for navigating to a campaign
    1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

    2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    3. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    4. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

    5. In the "Account" list, click on the engine account that contains the campaign.
    6. In the "Campaign" list, click on the campaign.

    7. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the campaign page.

  2. Click Filter in the toolbar above the performance summary graph.

  3. Select a setting or metric from the + Attribute or metric list. Then select a comparator and enter a value.
    For example:

Clicks greater than 500 will cause the reporting table to display only items that are attributed with more than 500 clicks over the time range that you select for the table.

Add multiple terms in one attribute: You can use pipes | to filter by multiple terms in one attribute field. This achieves the same effect as an inclusive OR filter. For example, the following Car | Truck | Boat filter matches ad groups that have at least one of car, truck, or boat in their name:

Use \ (backslash) to escape | (pipe). For example, if you use the pipe character as part of your ad group names, put a backslash in front of the pipe to prevent | from being used as a shortcut for inclusive OR. The following filter matches only ad groups named Car|Electro:

  4. Select any additional criteria from the next + Attribute or metric list. The table will display only the items that match all criteria.

  5. Click Apply filters.

Search Ads 360 filters the table.

Once you've customized the reporting table to display the data you need, you can save the filtered reporting view for future access.
