Once your business data tables are defined, you can start adding data. You can edit the data you enter at any time.
To add or edit a large amount of business data, use a bulksheet. To add or edit one row of data at a time, follow the steps below.
Add business data one row at a time

Navigate to an advertiser.
Steps for navigating to an advertiser-
Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

In the left navigation panel, click Business data.

In the Business data table name column, click a name.

Click + Business data row, which appears above the reporting table.
You'll see a field for each column in the business data table. If a column refers to another table, you see a list of existing row IDs you can choose.

Enter business data in each field. Note the following:

Make sure the ID you enter isn't already used by another row in the table. IDs are required to be unique.

Make sure you enter the right type of data in each field. For example, enter a number if the column's data type is Number. You specify the column's data type when you create or add the column to a table.

If a column refers to another table, you can choose an existing row in the other table, or select Create new value to create a new row in the other table.

Click Save.
Edit business data one row at a time

In the left navigation panel, click Business data.

In the Business data table name column, click a name.
- In the reporting table, select the check box next to a business data row. Then click Edit▼ (which appears above the table) and select Edit details.
- Update the data that appears in the row editor.
- Click Save.
Search Ads 360 automatically applies the edits to all campaigns and other items that refer to the business data row.
