Avg call duration(s) column (Google Ads)

Displays the average length, measured in seconds, of all of the phone calls made to your custom Google forwarding number that appears in Google Ads call extensions or call-only ads.

This column is available only in a call metrics report.

View this column in a Call metrics report

Navigate to a Google Ads engine account, campaign, or ad group.
Click the More▼ tab, and then click Call metrics.

The column is included in the report.
