Allow Google representatives to access your Google Ads-related data

Opt in to data sharing
Google representatives can access your Google Ads-related data by default.
You must be an agency manager or advertiser manager to manage access.
  1. Navigate to an advertiser.

Steps for navigating to an advertiser
    1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    2. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    3. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

    4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

  2. In the left navigation panel, click Advertiser settings.

  3. Click the Advertiser details tab.
The Advertiser account settings editor opens.

  4. Click Data sharing and toggle data sharing to On.

  5. Click Save

Google sales and support representatives will be able to access your Google Ads data about 24 hours after you enable data sharing.
The date and time that you allow access to your Google Ads data is logged in the change history report
