Steps for navigating to an advertiser-
Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

- In the left navigation panel, click Bid strategies.
- Select the check box for a Google Ads bid strategy with a conversions, revenue, or advanced targeting goal.
- Click Edit▼, and then click Edit details.
- In the Bid adjustments section, select the Remarketing target bid adjustments check box.
- Click Next, and then change any other available settings that you want.

Alternatively, you can do the following to allow a bid strategy to set Google Ads remarketing target bid adjustments.

- In the left navigation panel, click Bid strategies.
Hover on the name of a bid strategy to display a card that lists the bid strategy's settings. The selected bid strategy in the following image is only recommending remarketing target bid adjustments, indicated by a gray check mark icon .
- Click the name of the strategy in the Bid strategy column.
- Above the performance summary graph, click the Targets ▼ tab and select Remarketing targets.

Above the reporting table, click Change bid strategy setting.
