Replace a Google Store order delivered to the wrong address

If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please contact Google Store Support. A replacement may be approved, depending on the details.

Request a replacement

Before you start: Find your shipping address in your Google Pay profile and note any changes you might have made before or after your order was placed. 

You can’t order a replacement if:

  • You changed your address after you placed an order and the order was delivered to the old address.
  • You changed your address when you placed the order and it was delivered to the new address but you wanted it delivered to your old address.
