Understand replacement signature requirements (US and CA only)

When you create a replacement Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), you can require a signature at delivery for your replacement. A support agent can help you to opt in to the signature requirement while you request your RMA. To change the signature requirement for your replacement, contact Google Store support

Important: Not all replacement orders are eligible to change signature requirements.

To find if your order requires a signature, you can check:

  • The package confirmation email.
  • The package shipped email.
  • The delivery carrier tracking information.
  • The standard return policy.
