Fix issues with promotional codes at checkout

• You can't use codes with other discounts or a combination of codes.
• Items can only be dispatched to the same country or region that you purchased them in.
• If the promotional code doesn't work in the country or region associated with the home address in your Google Account, you may need to update your info.
• You must have a valid postcode.
