- If the trade-in device's post-inspection value matches the estimated trade-in value:
- You'll get credit in the form of payment used for your newly bought device.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 14 working days to apply to your card.
- If the trade-in value credit exceeds the cost of your new Pixel device without VAT, the excess amount is provided as Google Store credit.
- Store credits earned through trade-in don't expire.
- You'll get credit in the form of payment used for your newly bought device.
- If the trade-in device's post-inspection value is lower than the estimated trade-in value:
- If it's less than 75% of the estimated trade-in value, PCS Wireless will return your device and you won't get any credit.
- If it's between 75% and 99.9% of the estimated trade-in value, you'll get an email. You'll have seven days to accept the post-inspection value. If you don't accept it within seven days, PCS Wireless will return your device and you won't get any credit.
- If the purchased device is returned:
- The post-inspection value of the trade-in is issued as Google Store credit.
