If you purchase a Fitbit Premium through iOS, Play Store or fitbit.com, learn how to manage or cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription.
For Fitbit Premium purchases from Google Store, to manage and cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below.
You can change the payment method that you use for your Fitbit Premium subscription or cancel your subscription.
Manage your Fitbit Premium subscription
Change your payment method
- Go to Your subscriptions.
- Select Fitbit Premium.
- Under 'Payment method', click Change payment method.
- To update the primary payment method, you'll find a pop-up window.
- From the drop-down menu, you can either:
- Select an existing payment method.
- Add a new credit or debit card.
- To confirm the payment method, click Submit.
Cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription
Important: To cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, you should know where you bought your subscription. Before you cancel, check the Fitbit Premium cancellation policies.
If you bought through Google Store:
- Go to Your subscriptions.
- Select Fitbit Premium.
- Under 'Payment method', click Cancel subscription.
- To confirm, you'll find a pop-up window.
- To cancel, click Confirm.
