Recycle your devices
Before you recycle your devices, make sure that you do a factory reset and clear your data to protect your personal info. Check with your manufacturer for data removal instructions.

Recycle your device by post
You can request delivery at no additional charge. Our third-party recycling partner will send a postage-paid delivery label to your inbox. To recycle by post:
- Ask for a delivery label.
- US: Request a delivery label from Reverse Logistics Group (RLG).
- Rest of the world: Request a delivery label from ERI.
- Optional: Check with your manufacturer for data-removal instructions.
- Place your device in a sturdy box.
- Attach the label to the box.
- Follow the delivery instructions.
- You can also drop the parcel off at a collection site near you.
- Send your eligible electronic device for responsible recycling.

Check for businesses that offer recycling drop-off services with keywords like 'electronics recycling near me' in Search or Google Maps.
