Find products
By category- Go to Google Store.
- At the top left, you'll find a list of product categories.
- To find related products, select a category.
- Go to Google Store.
- At the top right, click Search .
- Enter a search word. You can search for:
- Specific products: Enter a product name, such as ‘
Pixel
’ or ‘Nest
’. - Categories: Enter a product category, such as ‘
Phones
’ or ‘Home
’. - Descriptions: Enter a short phrase or description and we'll find relevant results.
- Specific products: Enter a product name, such as ‘
Tip: To get product features and pictures, click a product. For technical details, click Tech specs.
Manage your basket
You can make changes to your order after you put items in your basket.
Add an item to your basket- Go to Google Store.
- Choose the product that you want to buy.
- Click Buy.
- Select your device options and configurations, if available.
- Click Add to basket.
- Go to Google Store.
- At the top right, click the Shopping basket .
Important: All items in the same order must use the same delivery option. Learn more about our delivery options.
Update the items in your basket:
- To change quantity: On the left of the number of products, click the Down arrow .
- To delete an item: Click Remove.
Check out
Important: Your delivery and billing address must be in regions where the Google Store operates.
After you review the items in your shopping basket:
Select Check out Enter your payment and shipping details Follow the on-screen instructions Request a verification code- Click Get code.
- On your payment method issuer's website, sign in to your account.
- In your transaction history, find a temporary charge of less than USD 1.95 called 'GOOGLE'. The verification code is the last six digits.
- The amount of the temporary charge varies by the type of currency.
- You should get the code straight away but it can take up to seven days.
- Tip: The charge or hold on your account is temporary. Charges are refunded within 30 days.
- Enter the six-digit code.
- Click Verify.
Accepted delivery addresses
Important: Google Store orders can’t deliver to:
- Military (APO and FPO) and non-residential addresses, such as PO boxes or mail-forwarding service addresses.
- Certain postcodes in some countries or regions that can’t be delivered to by carrier.
To buy a device from the Google Store, your delivery address must be in the same region as the Google Store that you purchased it from. Check the list of countries and regions where Google Store operates.
Buy items in bulk
You can buy a maximum number of a specific item at a time. To buy more than the maximum number, you must wait 24 hours and place a separate order or choose one of these options:
- Business: To buy Chromebooks for your business, go to Chrome Enterprise.
- Education: To buy items for your classroom, go to Google for Education.
Pre-orders
Some items are available as pre-orders, which means that you can place the order before the official sale date. At the time of checkout, you get the estimated delivery date and an authorisation hold on your payment method. You're charged once the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
