In order to become a Google Surveys publisher you must have an active AdSense account in good standing, target audience of 18+, and adhere to the publisher policies. Your AdSense account is used to receive payment. If you do not have an AdSense account, create one. If you already have an AdSense account, you can apply to become a Google Surveys publisher.
Note that due to high interest from publishers, we now have a waitlist. Fill out the sign-up form to express interest. When we are ready to add your site, we’ll send further instructions about how to sign up for an account so you can start implementing the code.
