Abuse program policies and enforcement

The content policies listed below play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for everyone using Google products. We need to curb abuses that threaten our ability to provide these services, and we ask that everyone abide by the policies below to help us achieve this goal.

These policies apply to content when using the Tilt Brush platform.  In addition, users should comply with the Google Privacy Policy. The policies apply to all Tilt Brush features, including titles of the assets.

When applying these policies, we may make exceptions based on artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific considerations, or where there are other substantial benefits to the public from not taking action on the content. Be sure to check back from time to time, as these policies may change. Please also refer to Google's Terms of Service for more information.

Program Policies

Sexually Explicit Content

We don’t allow content intended to distribute or promote sexually explicit content, such as pornography.

Child Endangerment

Google has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse imagery. If we become aware of content with child sexual abuse imagery, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and delete the Google Accounts of those involved with the distribution.

Hate Speech

We don't allow content that advocates against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Illegal activities

Do not use Tilt Brush to engage in illegal activities or promote content, activities or behavior that are dangerous or illegal. For instance, we don’t allow content that may cause or facilitate violence or physical harm to any person or animal. If we are notified of unlawful activities, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing access to our product, your Google Account, or reporting you to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

Don't infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including trademark, copyright, and other proprietary rights. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. For more information or to file a DMCA request, use this tool.

Shocking Content

Don't post content just to be shocking or graphic.

Personal and Confidential Information

Do not publish another person's personal and confidential information.
