With Toolbar, you can block or see pop-ups, bookmark your favorite pages on your Google Account, and save information to quickly fill out forms.
Block or see pop-ups
- On your Toolbar, click Options .
- Click Tools.
- To block pop-ups, check the box next to "Pop-up blocker."
- To see pop-ups, uncheck the box next to "Pop-up blocker."
- Click Save.
See pop-ups for a specific page
- Go to the page.
- On your Toolbar, click Pop-up blocker .
- In the toolbar, you’ll see Pop-ups allowed . To stop pop-ups for this page again, click it.
See webpages where you allow pop-ups
- On your Toolbar, click Options .
- Click Tools.
- Next to "Pop-up blocker," click Edit.
- To remove a webpage from this list, select the page and click Remove site.
Automatically fill out forms
You can save your personal information to quickly fill out forms. To keep your information secure, fill out forms only on pages you trust.
Step 1: Create an AutoFill profile
- On your Toolbar, click Options .
- On the left, click AutoFill.
- Check AutoFill .
- Click Add new profile.
- Fill out your information and click Save.
- Optional: If you want to remove your personal information, click Remove next to your saved profile.
Step 2: Fill out a form
- Optional: To pick which information to provide from multiple profiles, next to "AutoFill," click the Down Arrow .
- To see your profile information, point at your profile or AutoFill .
- To fill out the form, click AutoFill .
Bookmark your favorite pages
If you have a Google Account, you can save pages and visit them with Google Toolbar or Google Chrome. Learn how to create a Google Account.
Step 1: Turn on bookmarks
- On your Toolbar, click Options .
- Click Tools.
- Check the box next to "Bookmarks".
- Click Save.
Step 2: Bookmark a page
- To bookmark a page, go to your Toolbar and click Bookmarks . If asked, sign in to your Google Account.
- To see your bookmarks, next to "Bookmarks," click the Down Arrow
