When you select from options in Google Voice, you can easily manage your availability for incoming calls.
Use the “Do not disturb” setting to manage calls
To forward all incoming calls to voicemail, you can turn on the “Do not disturb” setting.
You can access the setting on your:
- Mobile: Go to the top left menu and tap Menu .
- Computer: Go to the top of the page of Google Voice.
Show your call availability based on your schedule
You can automatically turn on “Do not disturb” based on your Google Calendar schedule. You can turn on one or both of the following options:
- When you‘re outside your working hours: “Do not disturb” automatically turns off when you’re within your working hours.
- When you’re out-of-office: “Do not disturb” automatically turns off when you’re in the office.
Show your ring group call availability
If you turn on the “Do not disturb” setting, incoming calls to your ring group forward to the next available member.
If you’re part of one or more ring groups, you can selectively block calls to your direct line, individual ring groups, or both.
To block calls to your direct line, specific ring groups, or both, you can access the settings on your:
- Mobile: Go to the top left menu and tap Menu .
- Computer: Go to the top of the page of Google Voice.
