Make sure you’re logged in to your account with the points.
Check by logging out of Waze and logging in again:
- Open Waze
- Tap
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Account and login
- Scroll down and tap Log out
- Tap Log out again
- Tap Log in
- Enter the email address connected to your Waze account with the points and tap Next. Alternatively, tap Log in with Google.
- Follow the instructions to log in
