You’re logged in under a different username

Make sure you’re logged in to your account with the points.

Check by logging out of Waze and logging in again:

  1. Open Waze
  2. Tap
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Account and login
  5. Scroll down and tap Log out
  6. Tap Log out again
  7. Tap Log in
  8. Enter the email address connected to your Waze account with the points and tap Next. Alternatively, tap Log in with Google.
  9. Follow the instructions to log in
