It may take a little while longer

Please note the new version might not yet be available.

Sometimes, a few days go by from the time we announce the new version on Waze Discuss, and the time it's actually available for download.

You should get a notification from TestFlight when a new version is available.

Are you a part of a special testing group, like Pre-Beta groups?

Members of special testing groups have access to both the regular Beta / RC versions and Pre-Drive versions through TestFlight:
In TestFlight you should see the Pre-Beta version available as the main version.
You can also download the latest Beta / RC versions through the "Previous Builds" tab in TestFlight.

In order to switch from special version to any other version on TestFlight, please uninstall the Pre-Drive version first and then install the desired version.

How do I know if I'm a part of a special testing group?

Did you sign up for a special testing group, and get an email confirming your participation? Then you're in!
Special builds use this naming format - 4.xx.4.xxx, for example - 4.70.4.900. If you see these numbers available for you in TestFlight's Previous Builds tab, you're a part of a special testing group.

I didn't receive a code / email from TestFlight

I can't download the iOS Beta/RC version through TestFlight

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:

Make sure you have enough storage space on your device to install the app.
Remove the previous version of the Waze app
Try to install it again

If this doesn't work, please reinstall TestFlight and try again.

Once you install the latest build from TestFlight, open the app to make sure it's properly installed.

Please note Android and iOS versions aren't always released at the same time.
