Your Android / iOS app packages should be submitted for the Waze team to evaluate and approve the compatibility between the systems. You'll be able to test and prepare accordingly for the upcoming launch.
View and manage your app packages
Log in to the Partner Hub. The main screen shows different app packages you submitted and their status.
Note: You can also view this screen by clicking "App packages" in the left hand menu
Add a new app package
- Click Add new package
- Choose your platform
- Submit a different app package request per operating system
- Add a package name
- Add a display name
- Select the features that will be available in the package
- Select the countries where the app is available
- Check that your app's logos are added in all 4 sizes
- Click Submit request
You can follow the status of each polygon you request under Status.
Manage your app packages
- Log in to the Partner Hub
- Click App Packages
- Under the "App Packages" tab, the packages you submitted will be displayed based on their status: Live and Offline.
- For each package you can see the app name, status, platform, last updated date and the launch date.
- Click the three dots next to each app package to:
- Edit the app package details
- Switch the status from:
- Live → testing mode
- Offline → Go live
- Offline → Delete
Note: If you edit an app package in any way, it will be resent to Waze for approval.
Note: Until the review is complete, you won’t be able to access the Partner Hub. If your application is approved, you’ll receive an approval email from us.
