1. BECOMING A PARTICIPATING MEMBER OF THE WAZE BEACONS PROGRAM (A "WAZE BEACONS PARTNER"):
   In order to join the Waze Beacons Program each partner must execute Google’s Waze Beacons Program Additional Terms (the “Waze Beacons Program Additional Terms”), which will govern the partner's participation in the program.
   
   A partner will officially become a Waze Beacons Partner on fulfillment of the following two conditions: (i) Google notifies the partner that its application for membership was accepted, and (ii) the partner executes the Waze Beacons Program Additional Terms.
    
2. PARTNERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS:
   While qualifications may vary among partners, Google is primarily seeking government agencies or private tunnel operators. Additional qualifications Google may consider when evaluating a partner’s qualifications may include geographical diversity, technical capability and eagerness to innovate.
    
3. WAZE BEACONS PARTNER MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
   In order to apply for membership in the Waze Beacons Program, a partner must meet all of the following requirements:
   
   (a) Partner is a government agency or a private tunnel operator (although Google may make an exception to this requirement at its sole discretion in rare circumstances);and
   
   (b) Partner has completed the Waze Beacons membership application and executed Google’s Waze Beacons Program Additional Terms; and
   
   A partner should not submit an application for membership in the Waze Beacons Program if it does not meet all of the above requirements.
    
4. WITHDRAWAL OF WAZE BEACONS PARTNERSHIP:
   Google reserves the right on notice (including by email) to withdraw a Waze Beacons Partner's membership status if:
   (a) the Agreement terminates; or
   (b) Waze Beacons Partner stops fulfilling the Waze Beacons Partner Membership Eligibility Criteria; or
   (c) Waze Beacons Partner breaches the Agreement.
   If a Waze Beacons Partner’s membership status is withdrawn, Google may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect, unless Google in its sole discretion decides to extend a 30 day grace period before termination.

To complete your application for membership in Google Inc.’s (“Google’s”) Waze Beacons Program, please review and accept the online Waze Beacons Program Additional Terms (the “Agreement”).

The Agreement will not have any effect unless and until Google approves your Waze Beacons Program membership application.

However, if Google notifies you that your membership application was approved, the Agreement will govern your participation in the Waze Beacons Program.

It is therefore important that you take the time to read the Agreement carefully, and you should print or save a copy of the Agreement for your records.
