Share your source files

You can collaborate with other Google Web Designer users by sharing your source files. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the document in Google Web Designer.
  2. Use the File > Save as zip... menu command to create a .zip file containing your source files.
  3. Send the .zip file to your collaborator.

Google Web Designer source files often include .js files, which some email services may not allow you to send as attachments. In this case, you can upload the .zip file to a file sharing service, such as Google Drive.

Note that the .zip file generated this way is different from the .zip file that is generated from the Publish command.
