You may need to delete Google Web Designer from your computer in order to install a fresh copy. For instructions on how to uninstall Web Designer, select your operating system:

Drag the Google Web Designer app icon from the Applications folder to the trash.

Open Terminal and run the following command in a single line:
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Web\ Designer ~/Library/Preferences/com.google.WebDesigner*.plist

Reboot your computer.
Windows 7

Open the Control Panel.

Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.

Select Google Web Designer from the list of programs, then click Uninstall.
Windows 10

On the Start menu, select Settings > Apps.

Select Google Web Designer from the list of programs, then click Uninstall.
